💼 About This Role

You'll be the friendly voice of Trainline, assisting French-speaking customers with journey planning and travel queries. You'll take ownership of enquiries, resolve issues, and provide confident advice while working in a supportive team. This role offers hybrid working with a 28-day work-from-abroad policy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve them to completion.
• Log and update cases using multiple systems simultaneously.
• Share knowledge of Trainline's website, app and services.
• Handle payments and sensitive information with professionalism.

📋 Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable using tech and switching between systems.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service (especially over the phone).
• Familiarity with GDPR and handling sensitive data.
• Confident verbal communication in English.
