You'll support the launch and adoption of robotic surgical technology for BPH treatment, working alongside surgeons and commercial teams. You'll ensure procedural success by training OR staff and managing surgeon onboarding. This role offers high visibility and growth in a rapidly scaling medical device company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across accounts.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on system setup and workflow.
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding milestones.
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning and account development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in medical device sales or B2B background.
• Ability to travel upwards of 75%.
• Achieve clinical proficiency within 60 days post-training.

• Clinical communication and OR familiarity.
• Proficient in OR training and procedural support.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
