You'll join the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, Coins, to onboard and manage merchants in Cebu for local payment solutions like POS terminals, QR payments, and e-wallets. You'll drive merchant growth and retention while collaborating with internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants in Cebu for payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and service agreements.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in merchant acquisition or account management.
• Proven experience closing deals and managing a high-volume portfolio.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or e-commerce.
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese.
