You'll help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementation, guiding them to get insights from their data. Your work directly impacts how companies measure and share data. You'll solve complex problems and collaborate with product teams to drive development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Talk to users to understand their goals and challenges
• Help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementation
• Guide customers to transform data into useful shapes and queries
• Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational materials

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of production code experience
• Strong database and SQL skills
• Expert in at least two: web apps, infrastructure (Docker, AWS), or databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metabase or other BI tools
• Experience working for an open source product
• Fluency in multiple languages
