Requirements

- 1+ years related work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good communication and basic math skills
Responsibilities
- Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
- Operate coat check rooms
- Scan tickets and administer wristbands
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate as needed
