💼 About This Role

You'll be the accounting subject matter expert on the Future Platforms team, helping found a new function that bridges product and finance. Your demos and client conversations will directly shape how EliseAI builds AI-powered accounting workflows for enterprise housing operators. This role offers founder-level ownership in a well-funded startup within a startup, with deep C-suite involvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own finance-facing sales support and tailored demos for CFOs/Controllers
• Build credibility as accounting expert for enterprise deals
• Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights
• Develop go-to-market playbooks and enablement materials

📋 Requirements

• Controller or Accounting Manager background in high-growth environment
• Experience with tech startups, fintech, ERP, or accounting software
• Strong understanding of period close, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Excellent communication skills with senior finance stakeholders

• Experience in housing or property management industry
• MBA or CPA designation
