💼 About This Role

You'll join a tech-enabled consumer lending platform to protect the business from identity fraud and credit abuse. Your core impact will be identifying fraud patterns and building detection strategies that prevent bad actors from entering the portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone analytical and biased toward action.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze application and early performance data to identify fraud patterns.
• Develop and implement fraud detection strategies using rules and decisioning logic.
• Monitor early performance metrics to detect fraud-driven losses.
• Evaluate and optimize third-party fraud tools and data sources.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• 4–6 years of experience in fraud, risk, or analytics in fintech or financial services.
• Experience using SQL, Python, or Excel to analyze large datasets.
• Understanding of synthetic identity and first-party fraud types.
