💼 About This Role

You'll dive into operational aspects of Picnic with a focus on automation and engineering projects, coaching you to become a leader in a Fulfillment Centre. You'll take ownership of engineering projects driving efficiency across sites and supply chain. This program offers international experience and a path to Operations Manager or Project Engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise teams of 100+ people in a Fulfillment Centre.
• Lead improvement projects using floor insights and analytics.
• Develop and implement technical improvement projects with automation or maintenance teams.
• Take ownership of larger technical projects across supply chain.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree graduate with interest in Engineering.
• 0-2 years of full-time work experience.
• First leadership experience via board year, committee, or volunteering.
• Fluent in English.
