Description
You will train commercial teams on insurance products, support relationship managers in portfolio performance, monitor KPIs, and propose strategic actions to expand insurance penetration. You work closely with strategic partners and report insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Commercial Management or related fields
- Proven experience in commercial roles or strategic support to commercial teams
- Proven experience with insurance products: loan protection, personal accident, vehicle assistance, auto insurance
- Prior experience in financial institutions, banks, insurers or brokers
- Valid driver's license (CNH B) and own vehicle for travel and client visits
Responsibilities
- Train commercial teams and partners on insurance products
- Support relationship managers in managing insurance portfolio performance
- Act as technical reference for commercial team on products and opportunities
- Monitor portfolio KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Consolidate and report results and insights to leadership
