Description

You will lead the development of scientifically rigorous and creatively engaging communication materials for healthcare clients, providing strategic scientific input and guiding junior writers. This role involves writing complex medical content, managing client feedback, and building relationships with key opinion leaders.

Requirements

• Health science degree (biology, pharmacy, or medicine); PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in medical writing and scientific content supervision in marketing/advertising.
• Ability to communicate medical/technical information to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and reliability in meeting delivery deadlines.
• Team player with ability to foster positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scientific content aligned with client goals and brand strategy.
• Provide strategic scientific direction during content planning and campaign execution.
• Conduct and oversee bibliographic research for accurate, evidence-based materials.
• Write, edit, and adapt complex scientific materials (slide decks, monographs, publications, training documents).
• Mentor junior writers and represent the medical writing function in client meetings.
