💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design function for Cylinder's virtual health platform, designing features that enhance user interactions and improve health outcomes. As the sole product designer, you'll report to the CPO and shape the product experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all stages of the design process from user research to final implementation using AI tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams on easy-to-use and visually appealing experiences.
• Develop and maintain design documentation including specifications, mockups, and style guides.
• Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Experience with user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered design tools like ChatGPT or Figma AI features.
• Familiarity with Maze user testing platform.
• Digital healthcare experience.
