You'll lead the product strategy for a full-stack AI Agentic Platform powering customer and internal workflows. Your core impact will be defining multi-agent interaction models and building evaluation systems for millions of conversations. You'll partner with PM, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ship features across business lines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create explainable workflows for multi-agent systems.
• Design and operate evaluation systems for millions of conversations.
• Architect low-latency pipelines for text/voice interactions.
• Build APIs, SDKs, and runtimes for agent execution.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks like AutoGen or LangGraph.
• Background in LLM ops including training and data pipelines.
• Proven track record of building products loved by customers.
• Ability to debate and discover the right solution in a team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Voice & telephony integrations.
• Knowledge of safety model design or compliance frameworks.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or SDKs.
