Description

You'll take ownership of an enterprise book of business, building impactful relationships and demonstrating the value of our mental health solution to drive contract renewals and upsells. You will lead the full customer lifecycle and present data-driven recommendations to senior HR executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, implementation or healthcare management
  • Experience upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue
  • Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms
  • Experience owning contract renewals
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%

Responsibilities

  • Own full customer lifecycle from implementations to contract renewals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with multiple customers and consultants
  • Demonstrate Spring Health’s value proposition linked to customer success metrics
  • Create and present business reviews with data-based recommendations to senior executives
  • Work cross-functionally to provide customer feedback and process improvements
