You'll build Hubstaff's partner channel from the ground up, sourcing and activating MSPs, resellers, and strategic alliances across LATAM. You'll own full partner funnel from sourcing to signed agreements, driving partner-influenced revenue and pipeline creation.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect net-new MSPs and resellers through outbound motion
  • Lead partner onboarding, enablement sessions, and co-selling activities
  • Own full partner funnel from sourcing to signed agreements
  • Maintain pipeline and forecasting discipline in HubSpot

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales
  • Outbound prospecting and partner sourcing success
  • Experience in SaaS, ideally workforce management or HR tech
  • Fluent Spanish with Portuguese strongly preferred

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Existing partner relationships in LATAM MSP/reseller ecosystems
  • Experience with Crossbeam or similar partner platforms
