🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality control processes for fruits and vegetables
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback
• Conduct regular inspections of products to assess freshness and quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in grocery/retail with fruit and vegetables focus
• Strong knowledge of produce quality standards and grading systems
• Experience with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP standards

• Dutch fluency
• Willingness to travel in Netherlands, occasionally France/Germany
