🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute growth strategies across the entire funnel.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
• Improve website conversion rates through testing and CRO.
• Track attribution and performance across channels.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
• Experience running paid media campaigns with clear ROI accountability.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and pipeline mechanics.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Experience in B2B SaaS.
