🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document complex business and functional requirements across AML, TM, and KYC processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, pain points, and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and data mapping documents.
• Support end-to-end solution delivery including UAT and implementation support.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, compliance technology, or financial crime transformation.
• Strong expertise in AML compliance including Transaction Monitoring and KYC processes.
• Hands-on experience with AML platforms such as Oracle Mantas, OFSAA, FCCM, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL and/or PL/SQL) with ability to work with complex datasets.
