💼 About This Role

You'll lead multiple retail and Micro Fulfillment Center operations as a Multi Unit Site Leader for goPuff in Richmond, VA. This fast-paced role demands drive and strong leadership to drive P&L profitability and deliver a perfect customer experience. You'll develop a deep bench of talent and work cross-functionally with capacity planning, supply chain, HR, and marketing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and coach Operation Associates in daily retail/MFC operations.
• Track metrics and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between department rollout and local execution.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and anticipate staffing needs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, or operations.
• Leadership and management experience of multi-location teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and retain high performing employees.
• Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time.
