You'll own and lead ML projects that help the world's best companies make smarter pay decisions. You'll take a commercialized ML service from 0 to 1 and build the ML infrastructure from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship ML features and services for enterprise customers
• Lead ML projects from scoping to production and experimentation
• Prototype ML solutions with product and engineering teams
• Build ML infrastructure including models and deployment pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years industry experience building and deploying ML models
• Hands-on experience with classification, embeddings, NLP, and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and common ML frameworks
• Experience working at early-stage startups

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP techniques such as sentence transformers or semantic similarity
• Experience with model serving frameworks like FastAPI
• Familiarity with experiment tracking tools (MLflow or similar)
