You'll join the Starlink Production Design team to design the factory of the future for mass-producing satellites and ground stations. You will own high-impact projects from concept to completion, optimizing for speed of execution and net impact. This role offers the chance to work on custom tooling and machinery for never-before-mass-produced space hardware.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design structures, mechanisms, and automation equipment for high-volume production
  • Oversee projects from concept through fabrication and production bring-up
  • Balance multiple projects with varying scope in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on schedules and budgets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years designing mechanical systems using 3D CAD software and 2D drawings

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with custom machine design including electromechanical systems
  • Hands-on machining experience with mills and lathes
  • Familiarity with Siemens Unigraphics (NX) and Teamcenter
