💼 About This Role

You'll build and own end-to-end shipping, logistics, and export capability for a defense technology company producing coherent distributed network systems. You'll ensure compliant movement of hardware domestically and internationally, manage packaging, routing, and freight forwarding, and scale processes to support production and global operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outbound and inbound shipping execution for all hardware
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and export regulations
• Scale logistics workflows, systems, and infrastructure
• Resolve shipment delays, holds, and regulatory issues
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in logistics, shipping, or global trade operations
• Experience with international shipping and freight forwarding
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and export compliance requirements
• Experience managing customs documentation and brokers
• Experience building or scaling logistics operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with defense, aerospace, or regulated hardware shipments
• Familiarity with FMS and USG shipment requirements
• Licensed Export Compliance Officer or similar certification
