Description

You will manage end-to-end ERP configuration and deployment for Paystand customers, ensuring fast go-lives. Act as a consultative partner, guiding customers through ERP best practices and configuration recommendations to align with their operational goals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years ERP-focused implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success
• Strong working knowledge of at least one major ERP (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central or Acumatica preferred)
• Ability to install bundles, configure roles/permissions, map financial fields, troubleshoot ERP-integrated apps
• Project management mindset, consultative instincts, clear communicator in English and Spanish
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, attention to detail, strong ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Own technical setup and configuration of ERPs including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Business Central, and Acumatica
• Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders offering ERP best practices and configuration recommendations
• Partner with customer finance/operations teams to translate requirements into implementation plan
• Customize and deploy Paystand solution across UAT and Production environments
• Lead customer-facing trainings and track project delivery across timelines and milestones
