Your core impact is driving learner onboarding, goal identification, and skill development through recommendations and GenAI. You'll inspire a diverse team while managing complex projects and communicating with stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build roadmap and deliver features with cross-functional partners
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leaders
• Manage team performance through 1-on-1s and reviews
• Strategize resource allocation with senior management

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in driving results and analytical problem solving
• Technical expertise in React, GraphQL, Typescript, and NextJS
• Experience managing complex engineering projects with diverse teams
