You'll supervise up to six AOD counseling staff in an Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program within a prison setting. Your leadership ensures participants receive quality rehabilitative programming while you coach staff and track progress. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach approximately six AOD counseling staff
• Monitor staff performance and implement corrective measures
• Oversee participant intake and relapse prevention action plans
• Coordinate OMCP mentors and verify their internship hours

📋 Requirements

• AOD certification by a DHCS-recognized organization
• Two years of experience as a certified AOD counselor
• Knowledge of ISUDTP contractual requirements
