You'll own the advertiser side of a premium rewarded inventory network at the intersection of mobile gaming and AdTech. You'll build relationships with gaming studios, optimize campaign performance, and serve as a trusted advisor translating data into actionable strategies. This role offers direct impact on partner growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of advertiser accounts on Xsolla Offerwall
• Drive revenue growth through upsells and new demand partners
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs like CPI, CTR, ROAS
• Present data-driven business reviews and growth roadmaps
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management within AdTech or mobile advertising
• Track record of growing advertiser accounts and hitting revenue targets
• Comfortable with performance data including CPI, CPM, ROAS
• Proficient in Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms
