💼 About This Role
You'll drive revenue by ensuring clients maximize value from the Navan platform as their trusted advisor. Your core impact includes owning renewals and cross-selling adjacent products across a high-growth portfolio. This highly cross-functional role partners with Sales, Product, and C-Suite to exceed revenue goals.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage all post-sales activity for Mid-Market customers
- Drive platform usage to 100% T&E program adoption
- Identify and execute account expansion opportunities
- Own client renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management or sales in SaaS
- Demonstrable track record of high performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data driven mindset with attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with T&E programs
