💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue by ensuring clients maximize value from the Navan platform as their trusted advisor. Your core impact includes owning renewals and cross-selling adjacent products across a high-growth portfolio. This highly cross-functional role partners with Sales, Product, and C-Suite to exceed revenue goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Mid-Market customers
  • Drive platform usage to 100% T&E program adoption
  • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities
  • Own client renewals, upsells, and cross-sells

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management or sales in SaaS
  • Demonstrable track record of high performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Data driven mindset with attention to detail

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
