As a Tax Manager, you will lead and manage client tax advisory and compliance engagements, specializing in individual and non-profit tax returns. You will perform technical reviews, supervise staff, and advise on tax matters in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and/or final review of tax returns for individual and not-for-profit clients
• Act as primary client point of contact
• Identify opportunities for value-added services
• Communicate staffing and workload issues to Resource Planning
• Identify and research technical issues to ensure compliance
