You'll join Spreetail as an IT Support Specialist, helping brands scale their ecommerce presence. You'll provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring smooth operations across a global company. This role offers a remote setup with SE Asia hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and troubleshoot IT tickets methodically.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support issues.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of Help Desk or technical support experience.
• Proficiency in device troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, mobile).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

• Experience with user and group administration.
