Core impact: drive measurable impact on pipeline and revenue using AI-powered tools for content creation and personalization. You'll be a champion of AI-driven campaign optimization at scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns for lead nurture and engagement
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign build, personalization, and A/B testing
- Write and refine high-performing email copy across the lifecycle
- Analyze performance metrics and share insights with cross-functional teams
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of proven track record in email, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot)
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copy
- Strong understanding of segmentation, nurture programs, and B2B buying journeys
