You'll support a multi-strategy real estate investment firm on multifamily development projects from design through construction. You'll gain exposure to the full development cycle and a clear path to Project Manager. This hybrid role in NYC offers a chance to work on community-driven, design-excellence focused projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project documentation, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants on design coordination.
• Produce concept massing using Revit for due diligence.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and financial oversight.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in development, construction, or architecture.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager in mixed-use residential development.
• Proficiency in Revit, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Developer's Owner's representative.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Yardi.
