You'll join the Admissions Office team to coordinate enrollment for sixteen High Tech High schools. You'll manage day-to-day operations and event logistics for a welcoming experience. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated team player.

- Coordinate admissions events and logistics
- Manage team planning calendars
- Respond to inquiries and connect stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation and databases
๐ Requirements
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer proficiency including Google Suite
- Collaborative team player with improvement mindset
โจ Nice to Have
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience in Nonprofit, Marketing, Communications, or Education
- Knowledge of PowerSchool or SchoolMint
