You'll manage and coordinate all on-site activities for assigned construction projects. You'll oversee subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain schedules. This role offers the chance to lead commercial and industrial projects up to $20M+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day job site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings
• Perform daily inspections for quality control
• Maintain daily logs and assist with RFI and submittal coordination

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
• 2+ years as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional training or certifications in construction management
• Experience on projects in the $2M–$20M+ range
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
