💼 About This Role

You'll lead indirect supplier management and SG&A cost reduction initiatives for SpaceX, driving value and partnerships across the supply chain. Your work will directly impact product cost and bottom-line performance in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to define project scope and milestones.
• Negotiate complex global contracts focusing on pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and enable cost reduction.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 4+ years or bachelor's degree with 6+ years in purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management.
• 10+ years of experience in purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management (alternative).
• Experience in material cost control or master production scheduling.

• Experience with indirect procurement for professional services, facilities, or food services.
• Experience authoring SOWs, validating milestones, and tracking savings.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and total cost of ownership models.
