You'll build and engage our user community across forums and social media at Air Apps, an AI-powered planning company. You'll foster positive interactions and create strategies to enhance brand loyalty. This role is fully onsite in Lisbon with relocation support offered.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies
• Manage and moderate forums and social media groups
• Organize and promote community events and webinars
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in community or social media management
• Experience managing online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with community-building tools and analytics
