🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate customer needs and build long-term relationships
• Lead new site start-ups and risk assessment
• Develop improvements for equipment processes and software
• Coach and mentor lower-level field service engineers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of technical experience in semiconductor or capital equipment industry
• Experience with CVD, EPI, PECVD, or ALD systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25-50%
