You will serve as the strategic technical bridge between Karat and its enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize value from our interview platform through implementation, performance analysis, and executive-level partnership.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in technical account management, client success engineering, or SaaS consulting
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding
• Experience engaging with C-Suite executives
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Client-facing experience with technical customers

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor to enterprise clients
• Architect and implement initial interview framework for new clients
• Conduct regular strategic reviews with customers
• Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of customer operations processes
