🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple grocery sites and mentor a team of associates
• Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven action plans
• Conduct store walkthroughs to ensure SOP adherence
• Act as primary contact for partner management teams

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years in grocery, retail, or last-mile operations
• Proven track record of managing teams and multiple locations
• Strong understanding of grocery metrics (B10s, IUNS)
• Valid UAE driving licence and own transport
