Requirements

• 5+ years of design and art direction experience in a creative studio or agency
• Demonstrated creative excellence with a strong portfolio
• Experience developing experiential concepts across digital and physical platforms
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Experiential design and knowledge of emerging tech or real-time content preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and direct visual execution of creative concepts across all output
• Spearhead projects and lead design and animation teams
• Drive research and development of creative pitches for brand partnerships
• Partner with production to deliver concepts within budget and timeline
• Mentor junior designers and uphold design standards
