🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and interpret 2D floor plans and inspiration materials
• Create detailed 3D models in SketchUp for interior and exterior
• Deliver models following company file standards and parameters
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale and communicate progress

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of 3D modeling experience in professional setting
• Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp
• Proven ability to create full interior and exterior 3D models
• Strong portfolio of high-quality residential or commercial 3D work

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape
• Background in interior design or architecture
• Experience with US-based design firms
