You'll manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers across Thailand and SEA, driving product adoption and maximizing outcomes. As the face of AppsFlyer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and growth partner, ensuring customers renew with confidence.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for new customers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and strategic syncs.
  • Run Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer data to surface insights and recommend optimizations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing SaaS role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with multiple accounts.
  • Analytical thinker comfortable working with data.
  • Professional fluency in English and Thai language mandatory.
