You'll manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers across Thailand and SEA, driving product adoption and maximizing outcomes. As the face of AppsFlyer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and growth partner, ensuring customers renew with confidence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for new customers.
- Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and strategic syncs.
- Run Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders.
- Analyze customer data to surface insights and recommend optimizations.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing SaaS role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with multiple accounts.
- Analytical thinker comfortable working with data.
- Professional fluency in English and Thai language mandatory.

- Exposure to mobile marketing, martech, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SDKs, APIs, or mobile attribution tools.
