💼 About This Role

You'll own Wing Assistant's web presence, building and optimizing high-traffic landing pages using WordPress and Elementor. Your core impact is improving conversion rates through structured experimentation and ensuring every visitor experience is fast, persuasive, and beautiful. This role offers high autonomy and direct access to the founding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain landing pages and core site experiences using WordPress/Elementor.
• Own CRO testing pipeline, A/B testing copy, layouts, and CTAs.
• Set up and maintain accurate event tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Design, build, and launch new landing pages; run QA and monitoring on pages and events.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years owning web presences or CRO for a high-growth SaaS or services brand.
• Expert-level experience in WordPress (Elementor) and Figma.
• Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
• Demonstrated ability to improve key metrics through structured experimentation.

• Familiarity with programmatic page generation and SEO-oriented templates.
• Working knowledge of Looker Studio, basic SQL, or Webflow.
• Deeper design skills or other marketing knowledge.
