🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for loyalty experiences used by millions of shoppers
• Partner with Product and Tech Lead in a product trio to influence strategy and execution
• Drive discovery, ideation, and experimentation to evolve the loyalty offering
• Apply user empathy and design thinking to solve meaningful problems

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
• 4+ years of experience designing digital products in agile environments
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
