💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the governance framework for payment products at a leading virtual clinic. You'll author payment policies and SOPs and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. This role reports to the Director of Payments and is critical for scalable, compliant operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program governance framework for payment products
• Author, maintain, and socialize payment policies and SOPs
• Identify and mitigate risks related to adjudication accuracy and compliance
• Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
• Act as escalation point for complex adjudication issues

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in program governance, payments, or healthcare operations
• Proven experience authoring policies and SOPs in compliance-driven domains
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills using QA data or audits
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs with independence

• Prior people management experience
