You'll collaborate with manufacturing customers to analyze production data and uncover performance drivers. You'll work closely with AI and backend engineers to define, test and refine data pipelines, features and quality metrics. This role acts as the bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, turning operational insights into measurable impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with manufacturing customers to analyze production data and uncover performance drivers
• Work with AI and backend engineers to define and refine data pipelines and quality metrics
• Build clear, reliable dashboards and reports highlighting process efficiency and bottlenecks
• Identify anomalies or optimization opportunities that feed back into the product's analytics layer

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in data analytics or process optimization in manufacturing or high-volume industries
• Strong in SQL and Python with ability to write clean, efficient, reusable code
• Experience working with production data, sensors, or process control systems
• Analytical mindset with understanding of data modeling and feature extraction

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in process engineering, lean manufacturing, or industrial analytics
• Familiarity with manufacturing software (MES, ERP, SCADA)
• Experience integrating analytics into customer-facing workflows
