🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial revenue-generating contracts
• Provide legal analysis of privacy, data, and AI regulations
• Improve contract forms, policies, and processes
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks and solutions

📋 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and California bar membership
• 7+ years relevant legal experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
• Experience with commercial technology transactions (SaaS, data licensing) for Fortune 1000 companies
• Strong drafting and communication skills
