💼 About This Role
You'll coordinate salary structures and benefits programs for a fast-growing fintech or tech company. You'll ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through market studies and data analysis. This role offers hybrid work (3 days in office) and direct collaboration with Finance and Payroll.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Create and update salary structures, bands, and job descriptions.
- Execute internal equity and external competitiveness analyses.
- Coordinate annual salary reviews, bonuses, and performance adjustments.
- Manage benefits programs and monitor compensation KPIs.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).
- Experience with HRIS and/or ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of labor legislation applicable in Guatemala.

- Experience in fintech, banking, or technology companies.
- Ability to interpret financial data into executive insights.
