You'll lead the Professional Services team to deliver UCaaS/CCaaS-to-CRM integrations for Vonage's customers. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless, on-time technical deployments that optimize customer support and sales operations. This role stands out for its cross-functional technical leadership bridging product, engineering, and customer environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of Vonage Contact Center services and data adapters.
• Serve as technical authority for mapping CCaaS features to CRMs.
• Identify integration bottlenecks and develop reproducible implementation templates.
• Conduct configuration reviews and mentor staff on Vonage product updates.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership in technical implementation, CCaaS, or SaaS consulting.
• Expert-level understanding of CCaaS/UCaaS ecosystems and CRM integration.
• Proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP) and webhooks for real-time data exchange.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience.
