You'll be the frontperson at our Stockholm office, ensuring a first-class welcome for colleagues and visitors. As part of the First Impression team, you'll take full responsibility for the new hire process and manage conference hosting. This temporary role offers growth alongside diverse responsibilities in a top-employer IT consultancy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Give a first-class welcome to colleagues and external visitors in the reception.
• Take full responsibility for the new hire process.
• Host external conferences and workshops.
• Manage office deliveries, phone subscriptions, and security.
• Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day operational tasks.

📋 Requirements

• Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Unpretentious and a humble team player
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills
