💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a passionate team in a music and pop culture environment. You'll drive sales while building lifelong customer relationships in our onsite Pismo Beach location. This role blends operational leadership with creative merchandising to create an amazing in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Oversee operational functions including payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product, including lifting up to 50 lbs
