🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain a tiered partner program with value-based metrics
• Collaborate with Enablement and Engineering to create partner onboarding paths
• Design and manage referral fees, MDF, and performance-based rebates
• Own PRM platform and automate deal registration and tier advancement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Channel/Partner Program Management within a SaaS vendor
• Experience in Developer Tools space (Cloud, DevOps, Security, or Data)
• Operational mindset building or managing a value-based incentive system
• Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM tools like Impartner or Allbound

• Experience with partner marketing and enablement content creation
• Familiarity with AI code review or verification tools
